Leading teams that ship
As senior developer and team lead, I ran delivery for several teams building oil & gas software — from architecture and hiring to CI/CD, releases and AI tooling.

The challenge
What needed solving
Several teams were building production accounting, measurement and monitoring software at the same time. They needed a shared way of working, consistent frontends, the right people, and tools that made everyday work faster.
What I did
My approach
- Delivery framework: Created a hybrid Agile/continuous-delivery framework and led teams through the full lifecycle: architecture, code review, CI/CD in Azure DevOps and release management.
- Customer features: Led design and delivery of gas composition validation tooling, asset hierarchy management (fields, facilities, wells, meters, sample points) and volumetric data workflows.
- Frontend standard: Standardized React frontends on Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
- Hiring: Owned technical hiring for full-stack developer and QA/BA roles, including interview design and candidate evaluation.
- AI tooling: Built and deployed internal Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers as .NET services on Azure App Service.
